1. During the installation and commissioning of equipment, if Party B fails to meet the requirements stipulated in this Agreement due to Party B's reasons, Party B will take improvement measures such as modification and adjustment, and bear the relevant costs.

 2. According to the equipment debugging and using conditions, Party A may request Party B to improve the equipment within a time limit to meet the requirements of the above-mentioned clauses of this agreement.

 3. During the warranty period, Party B shall provide free repairs for manufacturing problems. Party B shall provide paid service for the failure of good equipment caused by Party A's responsibility after one year's commissioning, and the cost of required parts and components shall be charged.

 4. The whole machine is guaranteed for one year and 15 days after sale.
